1. Though learned arguing counsel for the appellant is not available, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the appeal has been rendered infructuous as the very suit for permanent injunction being CS No.03/2022, in which the impugned order, striking off the defence of the appellant's/defendant's, stand withdrawn by the respondent no.1/plaintiff.

2. This position is not disputed by the proxy counsel for the appellant.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, when the very suit in which the impugned order was passed, being CS No.03/2022, which was pending before the learned Family Court, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi, stands withdrawn, the appeal has been rendered infructuous.

4. In the light of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal which is, accordingly, disposed of as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
