2.

Vide the present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks interim bail for eight weeks on medical grounds in FIR No.76/2019 u/s 302/482 IPC, P.S Defence Colony. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition but prays that the jail authorities be directed to get the petitioner medically examined at Safdarjung Hospital as was earlier done pursuant to order dated 19.02.2020 passed by the learned ASJ. 3.

In view of the aforesaid stand of the parties, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Jail Authorities will however ensure that the petitioner is examined by the concerned Doctor in the jail and, in case, it is found that she is suffering from any medical ailment which cannot be treated in the Jail, she will be duly taken to Safdarjung Hospital for consultation and treatment, if found necessary.
