At the outset, Mr Rohatgi, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not a hardened criminal and is not a security risk. He states that he has no objection, if the petitioner is put under any surveillance but he cannot be placed in solitary confinement. 2.
After some arguments, Mr Rohatgi seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same, if the petitioner's grievance subsists. 3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. All the pending applications are disposed of.
