Application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Appellant seeking extension of Interim Bail for a period of one week and modification of Impugned Order dated 03.06.2026, whereby Appellant has been granted Custody Parole for a period of six hours excluding the travel time on 15.06.2026 between 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM. 2.
It is submitted that the Appellant's cousin brother has died in January 2026 and the daughter is undergoing counseling, therefore, extension of one week be granted as a considerable period deemed commensurate with the need of the Appellant in the interest of justice. 3.
It is submitted that the Appellant would be travelling to Tamil Nadu and thereafter, he is getting only six hours to meet the child, whose counseling is being undertaken.

It is submitted that instead of Custody Parole of six hours, the same be extended for 2-3 days on the same terms and conditions, as have been imposed vide Order dated 03.06.2026.

Learned SPP for the Respondent appears on advance Notice, accepts Notice and opposes the Application by submitting that any modification of the Order dated 03.06.2026 would amount to review. Submissions heard and record perused.

This Court, vide detailed Order dated 03.06.2026 has considered all the submissions, after which the Custody Parole of six hours has been granted. There is no ground for extending the Custody Parole. 7.
Accordingly, the Application stands dismissed.
