3. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

4. The applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 195/19 registered under sections 409, 420, 120B IPC at Police Station EOW, Delhi. She is accused, to be the recipient of some monies which were fraudulently obtained. Apart from her having received the said monies, no other role is ostensibly assigned to her in the FIR.

5. On a specific query put to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor whether the aforesaid statement is true, she affirms the same, upon instructions from the police officer who is assisting her.

6. The other three co-accused have all been granted regular bail, including Anil, who is the main co-accused. The applicant is

already on a 45-day interim bail which expires tomorrow.

7. It is argued that since the applicant does not have any specific role, and otherwise has deep roots in the society; that she is government employee and is not likely to flee from the course of justice; therefore, bail may be granted to her. She was arrested on 04.12.2019 and she remained in judicial custody since 06.12.2019. She was granted interim bail. According to the Nominal Roll of the accused under-trial, she has spent 4 months and 9 days in judicial custody.

8. In view of the above, the applicant is granted bail, on the same terms and conditions, on which she was previously granted the interim bail on 14.04.2020.

9. The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above.

10. Nothing stated in this order shall be deemed to be an adjudication on the merits of the case. The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Jail Superintendent concerned as well as to the learned Duty Magistrate concerned, for compliance.
