Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the dispute was between the father and the son. Respondent No.1 is the father of the Appellant. 2.

Learned Counsel for the parties further submit that the parties are present in Court today. Upon a query from the parties, both the Appellant and the Respondent No.1 submit that they have settled their inter se disputes.

2.1 The parties agree that they shall be bound by the terms of the agreement entered into by them.
