% 16.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a) Call for the records of the entire case; and (b) Issue a writ of mandamus or such other appropriate writ to the Respondents to take action on and dispose of the letters/representations sent by the Petitioner in a time bound manner, as listed in the Petition herein as:

(i) Annexure P/1 dated 10.07.2015, (ii) Annexure P/5 dated 01.04.2013, (iii) Annexure P/6 dated 29.04.2013, (iv) Annexure P/8 dated 21.02.2014, (v) Annexure P/10 dated 30.06.2014;

and/or (c) Issue other/further writ/order/direction as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances

of the case as also in the interest of equity and justice along with the cost of the proceedings."

Though an application for adjournment had been circulated by counsel for petitioner, yet learned counsel for petitioner has no objection if the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Forest to decide the petitioner's representation being Annexures P/1, P/5, P/6, P/8 and P/10 in a time bound manner. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Forest, to dispose of the petitioner's representations being Annexures P/1, P/5, P/6, P/8 and P/10 within a period of eight weeks.

However, this Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
