O R D E R

% 02.06.2020 The verification report has been received from the State through email verifying the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner of the treatment to be conducted for the ailment of the mother of the applicant who is suffering from stones in her abdomen.

Though the previous application which had been filed was with a document issued by Manav Rachna Primary Health Care Hospital, it is now informed on behalf of the petitioner and also on behalf of the State that the medical examination of the patient is now scheduled on 8.6.2020 at the Kayakalp Hospital, 12, Jharoda Majra, Part II Burari Delhi. Though the prayer is opposed on behalf of the State, in the circumstances that the documents qua the ailment of the mother of the applicant having been vouched to be correct and taking into account the

factum that the prosecutrix has already been examined in the matter and in as much as the prosecutrix is at the Flag Children Home, Karol Bagh, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, Delhi with the following directions that:  the applicant shall not leave the city;

 the applicant shall surrender on the 30th day of his release before the Jail Superintendent, Delhi;

 the applicant shall commit no offence whatsoever;  the applicant shall keep his mobile phone in operation and  the applicant shall contact the Investigating Officer of the case every 7th day telephonically during the period of his release on interim bail. The application is disposed of.
