Having heard the learned Counsel for the Parties, we find it appropriate to require the Petitioner to approach the concerned Department of Delhi Government as also the Police Commissioner of Delhi for ventilation of his grievances as enumerated in the Writ Petition. 2.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to make an exhaustive representation to the Transport Department, GNCTD and Commissioner of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Police, Delhi, taking all the pleas, which may be available to him under law, and enclosing therewith all the documents on which the Petitioner intends to rely. The said representation shall be made within a fortnight from today. 3.

Once any such representation is made, the issues which may be raised by the Petitioner in such representation to be made under this Order, shall be attended to by the concerned Department of GNCTD as also by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi. These authorities shall also take appropriate decision on the representation to be filed by the Petitioner and shall also take necessary action which may be warranted under law having regard to the issues which may be raised. The decision and action, which may be warranted under law, on the representation to be preferred by the Petitioner shall be taken with expedition, say within a period of three months from the date any such representation is made.

The Writ Petition as also the pending Application stand disposed of with the aforesaid terms.
