Issue notice. Mr. Rishikesh, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent of counsel, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

The contention of the petitioner is that he was, until recently, a resident of Noida and has since shifted his place of residence to Abul Fazal Enclave in South East Delhi. He went to Noida to collect his personal effects on 20.03.2020 and has been unable to return due to the national lockdown arising out of the Coronavirus pandemic. He seeks a W.P.(C) 3191/2020
direction to the respondents to permit him to travel from his erstwhile residence in Noida to Abul Fazal Enclave.

Mr. Rishikesh, learned counsel for the respondents states that the jurisdiction to issue a pass for travel from Noida to Delhi lies with the concerned authorities in Noida and not with the District Magistrate in Delhi. Consequently, he submits that the petitioner must approach the authorities in Noida for permission to travel. If the said authorities grant permission as required by the petitioner, Mr. Rishikesh states that the authorities of Government of NCT of Delhi will not cause any impediment in the petitioner's travel from Noida to Delhi. 4.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, Mr. Azam Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities in Noida for necessary relief.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
