The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the petitioner has been discharged from the Hospital. Moreso, the other grounds on which he had preferred the interim bail no longer survive as on date and the present petition has become infructuous. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move a fresh bail application, if the need so arises in future. 3.

Permission and liberty as prayed for is granted. 4.

In view of above, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
