This is a petition filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in F.I.R No. 60/2023 under Section 420 of IPC registered at Police Station Cyber, South. 2.

On perusing the file, it is transpired that the petitioner is in the habit of filing repeated anticipatory bail applications, without any change in circumstance.

Sessions Court which was dismissed on 01.10.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner filed another anticipatory bail application which was also dismissed on 16.11.2024.

The petitioner then filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.01.2025.

Subsequently, the petitioner has filed another anticipatory bail application, wherein the petitioner before the Court made a statement that there were some technical defects arising from non filing of certain documents. No such technical defects in the earlier petition have been pointed out or are reflected in the order dated 13.01.2025. Additionally, no change in circumstances from 13.01.2025 have been shown even today.

The conduct of the petitioner shows that the petitioner is indulging in forum hunting. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by the Sessions Court as well as this Court dated 13.01.2025, the remedy for the petitioner is to challenge the same in accordance with law. 6.

For the said reasons, I am not inclined to entertain the present application seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, the same is dismissed.
