% 02.03.2017 Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondent-SDMC has handed over a photocopy of rejection note dated 1st March, 2017 to learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the extract of Layout Scrutiny Committee rejecting the Revision of Standard Design for shopcum-residence plots at Shivaji Park. She has also handed over a copy of order dated 1st March, 2017 by virtue of which the petitioner has been refused sanction for erection of shop-cum-residential building at plot no.S-14, Shivaji Park, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for is given liberty to challenge the said decision/refusal and/or seek any other relief as the petitioner deems appropriate, in accordance with law.
