Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the respondents have since complied with this Court's order by releasing the upto date arrears to the petitioner, prays that the petition may be kept pending to ensure release of due payment to the petitioner in the future also.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, assures the Court that all future monthly payment to the petitioner in terms of this Court's order dated 18.01.2018 in W.P.(C) 2620/2008 as modified by the Division Bench on 18.07.2018 will be made within time.
