The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty file to afresh, also assailing the constitutional vires of Section 164 and 167 of the Companies Act, 2013. 2.

The petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
