The limited prayer of the petitioner, who is a senior citizen in her eighties, is to the effect that she may not be harassed by the officials of Police Station Welcome, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police officials are regularly visiting petitioner's house and misbehaving with her and harassing her and threatening to detain her.

Learned ASC appears on advance and submits that one Mohd. Suhail (grandson of the petitioner) is to be arrested in case FIR No. 50/2026 for commission of offence under Section 103(1)/109(1)/61(2)(a)/3(5) BNS (corresponding Sections 302/307/120B/34 IPC) and 25/27 of Arms Act and, W.P.(CRL) 1295/2026 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. it was only with the intent to find him out and to arrest him pursuant to the warrants issued by the Court, they had contacted the petitioner and there is no question of any harassment or any maltreatment towards her. 4.
He also submits that the application seeking anticipatory bail by Mohd. Suhail which was registered as BAIL APPL. 1360/2026 has already been dismissed by this Court on 08.04.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at the moment, is not aware about the present whereabouts of her said grandson and, if she comes to know anything about him, she would immediately share the details with the police.

Learned counsel for petitioner, in view of the abovesaid assurance given by the learned ASC for the respondent, does not press for any further relief.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of, as not pressed.
