Mr. Giri, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the additional documents are not being provided by the Petitioner. Accordingly, he wishes to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

However, it is noticed that the medical certificates in this matter have been issued by Dr. Gajinder Nayyar against whom a ld. Single Judge of this Court has already directed that an investigation to be commenced for issuance of fake medical certificates. Accordingly, the documents filed in this petition are directed to be forwarded by the ld. APP to the crime branch official, who is investigating the matter in Bail Application No. 865/2020 titled Abdul Rehman alias Nawali v. State.
