The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal (F.No.25/139/2018/BOA) filed under Section 45-IA(7) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.

Mr Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the said appeal would be disposed of within a period of three weeks from today. The respondent is bound down to the said statement. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
