BAIL APPLN. No 939/2020 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks grant of interim bail submitting inter alia to the effect that he is to be married tomorrow, i.e., 20.5.2020. Without adverting to any aspect of merits or demerits of the averments in relation to the FIR No. 9/2020 and qua any application that will be filed by the applicant seeking regular bail on merits, on considering the submissions made now on both sides, it is considered appropriate that the applicant may be allowed to be taken in custody under the supervision of the Superintendent Jail, Mandoli, where the applicant is lodged, to the place of his marriage, the marriage card is placed on record as Annexure E. The Jail Superintendent is to ensure that the applicant reaches the said place in

the custody of police personnel by 12 noon on 20.5.2020 and is brought back to the Mandoli Jail by 5 p.m. on 20.5.2020 itself. The application is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent, Mandoli forthwith.
