CRL.A. 397/2025 1.

The present appeal under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 has been filed by the Appellant against the Judgment and Final Order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the Ld. ADJ-03, Patiala House Court, New Delhi District, New Delhi whereby the Ld. Judge while disposing of the Appellant's application for interim bail has granted custody parole to the Appellant for two days.

No.4 of the Judgment dated 20.03.2025.

After hearing both sides, this Court is inclined to modify paragraph No.4 of the Judgment dated 20.03.2025 to the extent that apart from the Appellant's father, mother, real brother and sister as well as niece, the Appellant is also allowed to meet other family members in a closed room. The Appellant is also permitted to witness the actual ceremony which this Court understands is held within a closed room in which the Appellant is supposed to witness the recording of the consent of the bride who is his niece.

On the very same day of marriage, subject to the condition of the jail manual, the Appellant is also permitted to visit his home under police escort. 5.

In view of the above, paragraph No.4 of the Judgment dated 20.03.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent. 6.

With these observations, the appeal is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.
