By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner assails the correctness of the transfer order dated 14.10.2025, whereby he has been transferred from New Delhi to Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. 2.
It is not in dispute that the Petitioner has remained posted at New Delhi for the last five (05) years. Transfer being a normal incidence and an inherent condition of service, interference by this Court is warranted only in exceptional circumstances. 3.
Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's wife is suffering from Bipolar Affective Disorder and, therefore, the impugned transfer deserves reconsideration. 4.

medical infrastructure and facilities. This Court, therefore, finds no ground warranting interference with the impugned transfer order in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
