The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail for a period of 45 days in FIR No.13/2019 registered under Sections 307/34 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Narela, Delhi on the ground that the petitioner's mother is unwell and requires to undergo uterus surgery. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's presence is required to look after and take care of his mother at this crucial juncture of her life.

A status report has been filed by the State. As per the status report, the medical documents of the petitioner's mother have been verified. It has been stated that as per the local enquiry conducted, the petitioner's mother is
staying with her elder son, who is stated to be handicapped. It has been further stated in the status report that she has no relations with her other two sons.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State and have perused the records.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, resolution dated 07.04.2020 of the 'High Powered Committee' and the consequent order dated 09.04.2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(CRL.) 779/2020 titled as "Court Of Its Motion v. State", the requirement of furnishing a surety bond is dispensed with. However, the grant of interim bail to the petitioner is subject to the following further conditions:- (i) The petitioner will not leave the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi without the prior permission of the concerned Court during the period of his release on interim bail.
(ii) The petitioner shall not try to get in touch directly or indirectly with the complainant or any other prosecution witness and shall not make any effort to tamper with the evidence. (iii) During the period of his release on interim bail, the petitioner will remain in touch with SHO/IO, SI Pawan Kumar telephonically on his mobile number -8376872570 or through any other electronic means on every Monday at 10 a.m. (iv) At the expiry of the interim bail period, the applicant shall
surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 6.
The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 7.
