This writ petition seeks a direction to the Respondents to pass a speaking order, within a time-bound manner, on the representations submitted by the Petitioners dated 23rd July, 2025. 2.

The Petitioners submits that they were appointed as Staff Nurses in different health departments under Respondent No. 2 on a contractual basis on fixed remuneration. They have submitted representations dated 23rd July, 2025 to the Chairman/Director of the Integrated District Health Society (North West), Government of NCT of Delhi, seeking pay parity, placing reliance on the judgment of this Court in Rajesh and Ors. v. Since the said representations are pending decision, a limited relief is sought to direct the Respondents to consider and decide the same by way of a speaking order within a stipulated time.

Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the second relief, namely, a direction to implement the aforesaid judgment, is not being pressed at this stage.

In view of the foregoing, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to consider the Petitioners' representations and examine the same in light of the judgment relied upon, and to pass a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today. In the event the decision does not redress the Petitioners' grievance, they shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 7.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
