% 29.05.2020 The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Admittedly the main accused in this case Ashok Jadeja has since been granted bail on 08.08.2017 by the learned Trial Court and two of the other accused were also granted bail on 22.08.2017 and 24.08.2017 respectively; hence this application. In the circumstances, Kanti Bhai-applicant herein is granted bail on executing a personal bond of Rs.5,00,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Duty MM with the following conditions: a) he shall surrender his passport with the learned Trial Court; b) he shall not leave the country without the permission of the learned Trial Court; c) the two sureties of the like amount shall be furnished by the petitioner within a week the learned Trial Court resumes its normal functioning; and d) he shall give his contact details/address to the Investigating Officer of this case and also always keep active his

mobile's location application at all times;

The petition stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be sent electronically to the learned Trial Court / Jail Superintendent for compliance.
