The present petition is filed against the order dated 27.02.2025 (hereafter 'impugned order') passed by the learned Family Court, District Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Execution Petition No. 22/2021 thereby issuing non-bailable warrants against the petitioner.

The impugned order was passed in the execution proceedings filed by the respondent for execution of the interim maintenance order dated 25.07.2022, whereby the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of ₹11,000/- per month as an ad-interim maintenance.

Concededly, certain amount has been paid by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the non-bailable warrants issued by order dated 27.02.2025 are discharged.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. 6.
