By way of present application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/applicant seeks interim bail for a period of two weeks in FIR No.575/2023 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC Act at P.S. Jahangir Puri, Delhi on account of surgery of his wife.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that wife of the applicant has to undergo surgery for removal of gall bladder stone on 13.04.2024 at Saroj Super Speciality Hospital, Madhuban Chowk, Rohini, Delhi. 3.

Learned APP for the State has handed over a verification report and the same is taken on record. As per the verification report, the factum of surgery of applicant's wife has been verified which is to be carried out on 13.04.2024. It is also stated that in the present case, the eye witness is yet to be examined.
