% 22.02.2016 Learned counsel for the parties agreed that the claim raised before the Arbitral Tribunal is less than Rs.1 crore. Even the award has been passed for Rs.59,02,772/- along with the interest. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 4th April, 2016.
