This petition is filed seeking extension of interim bail for a period of 8 weeks in FIR No. 532/ 2022, PS Seemapuri, under Section 20 N.D.P.S. Act.

Counsel for petitioner states on instructions that she is not pressing extension of interim bail.

Petitioner has been diagnosed as suffering from leprosy; he has already undergone reconstructive surgery.

Petitioner may, therefore, surrender within a week from today. 5.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
