This appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 08.01.2025 passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal under SAFEMA, New Delhi in FPA-PMLA-4174/DLI/2021, titled "Sanjay Singal and Ors. vs. Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement". 2.
On 01.04.2025, a submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant was recorded to the effect that none of his properties have been attached by the impugned order, however, there are certain observations made in the impugned order against the appellant which may prejudice the appellant.

stands admitted by the respondent, however, the respondent claims that the appellant is the beneficial owner thereof. 4.
As the properties attached do not stand in the name of the appellant, we dispose of this appeal by clarifying that any observation made in the impugned order shall not prejudice the case of either of the parties in any other proceedings.

The appeal along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
