Accordingly, the present applications stand disposed of. W.P.(C) 5425/2026 3.

The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, including writ in the nature of mandamus, directing Respondent No.1 - Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Delhi, ("DRT-II")to pronounce the final order in S.A. No. 02/2017 titled as "M/s Sutar Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. vs. Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. & Ors." which was reserved for Judgment on 31.05.2024 and has remained unpronounced till date, resulting in undue The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and prejudicial delay in the adjudication of the petitioner's rights and denial of timely justice, without due process of law, along with supporting affidavits. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was heard by learned DRT-II and the Judgment was reserved on 31.05.2024. Thereafter, on 05.07.2024, the Court again listed the matter for arguments as certain clarifications were yet required. Since 05.07.2024, the matter has not been taken up for hearing. It is prayed that the matter be heard and decided expeditiously.

In the given circumstances, we deem it fit and proper to direct the DRT-II to hear and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 6.
