By way of present application, the applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No.0077/2023 registered under Sections 395/397/468/471/482/120B/212/34 IPC on account of surgery of this wife. 2.

Considering the fact that the eye witnesses are yet to be examined and there are other family members of the petitioner who can take care of petitioner's wife and the fact that the said surgery is only laparoscopic, I find no ground to entertain the present application for interim bail. 3.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
