% 18.01.2018 In this petition, petitioners seek quashing of impugned order of 3rd September, 2007 (Annexure P-7 colly) vide which petitioners' Representation seeking rectification of anomalies arising as a consequence of pay fixation in the revised pay scales, has been rejected. All that has been said in the impugned order of 3rd September, 2007 (Annexure P-7 colly) is that pay fixation in the revised pay scale has been done in accordance with the Airports Authority of India Rules and so, petitioners' Representation cannot be acceded to. Petitioners' stand of pay fixation in the revised pay scale of not being in tune with the guide lines of 14th January, 1999 has not been adverted to. At least, it is not so evident from the impugned order of 3rd September, 2007 (Annexure P-7 colly).

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioners to make a concise W.P.(C) 1051/2008

Representation to respondents within a period of one week. Upon receiving of such Representation, the respondents shall decide the Representation by passing a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks. The fate of the Representation be made known to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
