% 17.06.2020 Mr. Bahar Ul Barqi, learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record notification bearing S.O.1181(E) dated 05.05.2015 issued under the NDPS Act. Mr. Barqi has made submissions based on that notification.

Insofar as the FSL report of the seized material is concerned, Mr. Amit Chadha, learned APP states that he has instructions to say that the FSL report is not yet ready ; and that there will be further delay by reason of truncated functioning of the laboratory due to the lockdown. 3.

After making detailed submissions in the matter however, Mr. Barqi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to Bail Appl. No.954/2020 Page of

withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to file afresh at the appropriate stage, if so advised.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
