Petitioners submit that respondent-Mr. S.D. Chugh has since expired on 19.02.2024. A copy of his death certificate filed, which be made part of the digital record.

Petitioners further submitted that they have settled their disputes with the respondent and his legal heirs amicably and, in fact, had filed an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC before the Trial Court and their joint statement was recorded on 17.08.2024. A copy of the joint statement of parties alongwith Court orders dated 17.08.2024 and 14.09.2024 have been filed, the same be made part of the digital record. 3.

A request has been made by the petitioners that in view of the settlement, they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.

The statements made by the petitioners have been taken on record. 5.

In view of the settlement between the parties and the statements made above by the petitioners, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
