Learned counsels for the parties submit that, pursuant to orders passed by the learned Executing Court on 12.09.2025, the possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the respondent no.1 on 17.09.2025.

In view of the aforesaid, and as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing surviving therein. 3.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of accordingly.
