The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 21.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Ex. Petition no. 37/20 titled as "Sunita Sharma vs. Preeti Gupta" whereby warrants of attachment against moveable assets of petitioner were issued. The petitioner herein is the judgment debtor before the learned Trial Court. 4.
