% 21.01.2016 Ms Srilina Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms Nandita Rao, learned Addl. Standing Counsel (Crl.), on advance notice, states that the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking release on parole, which is pending before the competent authority, shall be determined by the latter in accordance with law within a period of five working days from today under intimation to the petitioner.

Ordered accordingly.

In view of the foregoing, Mr Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this court with an appropriate proceeding in the event he is aggrieved by the order rendered by the competent authority on his representation seeking release on parole.

Leave and liberty granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be given dasti under signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
