Learned APP for the State submits that in the present matter the compensation amount has been reduced to Rs.40,000/- from Rs.60,000/- which was to be released to the victim as compensation and upon an undertaking furnished on behalf of the appellant, the appellant's case was considered for probation.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
