Learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that in view of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.3738/2026 captioned Bhadra International (India) Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. v. Airports Authority of India, award passed by the unilaterally appointed Arbitrator cannot be sustained and, hence, this Appeal is liable to be dismissed.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission, the present Appeal stands dismissed, in terms of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Bhadra International (India) Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. (Supra). ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.
