The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the chargesheet has been filed, he will take all his arguments before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge. 2.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Needless to state that the learned Trial Court shall pass an order uninfluenced by the present proceedings or any observations that may have been made by this Court. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
