1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the result of the examination in question has been declared on 01.02.2024, but the petitioner has not been able to qualify the same.

2. In the light of the aforesaid nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.

3. The petition along with pending applications stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

4. In case, the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent/UPSC found to be incorrect, the petitioner will be at liberty to seek revival of the present petition.
