The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying as under - "a) To declare the impugned Office Memorandum dated 21.01,2025(Annexure-A of the petition) issued by APEDAas unconstitutional.

b) quash/set aside the impugned office memorandum dated 21.01,2025 c) For a writ, order, or direction to Respondent no. 2 to withdraw the impugned office memorandum dated 21.01,2025" 2.

Learned ASG appearing for the respondents informs that a decision has been taken to withdraw the impugned Office Memorandum dated 21.01.2025 and also addendums /amendments thereto.
