Pursuant to the order passed on the last date of hearing, i.e., 01st April, 2025, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 3 has already removed the unauthorized construction in the residential premises in question, i.e., in the portion of the petitioner's property, as well as removal of the unauthorized extension of the rooms and existing balcony in First Floor House No. QU-9B, Uttari Pritampura, New Delhi-110034. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the said removal.

work. If that be the case, let an application be filed by the respondent no. 3 intimating the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") in that regard, so that the MCD can assess that the renovation work, to be carried out by respondent no. 3, is within the contours of building by laws. 4.
Noting the aforesaid, the present petition, along with pending application, accordingly stands disposed of.
