Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The application stands disposed of.

Lawyers are abstaining from work today.

Petitoners and respondents No.3 to 5 are present along with their respective counsel.

I have interaction with the petitioners. They are major. It is informed by them that they have performed marriage with their free consent. It is further informed that at present they are residing at 116A, Old Anarkali, Near Balaji Mandir, Krishna Nagar, H.O.East Delhi, Delhi-110051.

At the request of parents and relatives of petitioner No.1, a meeting between petitioner No.1 and respondents No. 3 to 5 was arranged in the presence of their respective counsel. Respondents No.3 to 5 are satisfied with their interaction with the petitioner No.1. They inform that no harassment or interruption will be caused to petitioners and no threats, whatsoever, will be extended to them. It is further informed by respondents No. 3 to 5 that there is apprehension from petitioner No.2 and his relatives to their lives. Threats are being extended by petitioner No.2 and his relavies to them. At present respondents No.3 to 5 are residing at 36-A, Old Anarkali, Delhi110051. 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners, on instructions, states that petitioner No.2 and their relatives will not extend any threats to respondents No.3 to 5 and their relatives in any manner.

Both the parties agree to live in peace; they undertake not to extend threats and interfere in the family lives of each other 7.

It is further informed that certain complaints have been filed by

either parties with the police. It is stated that they shall not pursue the complaints against each other.

Necessary protection shall be granted to the petitioners and respondents No.3 to 5 at their given addresses, as per rules. 9.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 10.

Copy of the order be give dasti to both the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
