This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.392/2023 under Sections 420/120B/384/34 IPC at PS Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, basis settlement arrived at between the parties, on 21st February 2024 with the facilitation of Mediation & Conciliation Centre, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, which is on the record of this Court. 2.
Counsels for petitioner and complainant, confirm that various aspects of the settlement have been complied with, consequent whereupon, FIR No.18/2023 registered at Anti-Corruption Bureau, Panchkula stood quashed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. by order of Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh dated 30th August 2024. An affidavit dated 6th June 2024 has been furnished by Mr. Rajiv Gambhir, respondent no.2/complainant, stating that in the event FIR No.18/2023 is quashed, he will give full consent to quashing of FIR No.392/2023, qua the petitioner Amardeep Singh. 3.
Petitioner and respondent no.2 are present through VC and are duly identified by the IO and their respective counsels. 4.
There is an intervention filed by Ms. Geetika Dahiya, wife of petitioner, who is also a co-accused in the matter. However, the counsel for complainant, on instructions, states that there is no consent for quashing the FIR qua her (Ms. Geetika Dahiya) and proceedings may continue accordingly.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No.392/2023 under Sections 420/120B/384/34 IPG at PS Rajinder Nagar, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioner Amardeep Singh.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
