The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: "i) To initiate the contempt proceedings against the Respondents / Contemnors for non-compliance of the order dated 07.01.2019 for not maintaining status quo and creating the third party interest in the suit property.
ii) To pass such other orders and grant such other and further relief as your Lordships, may deem fit, and proper in the circumstances of the case."

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing, i.e., 26.03.2025 and 01.08.2025.

Vide order dated 26.03.2025, Court notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioner. However, despite service there was no appearance on behalf of the said counsel on 01.08.2025. Therefore, Court notice was issued to the petitioner vide order dated 01.08.2025 for today. Report with regard to the Court notice, reflects that the same has been unserved with remarks "no such person was found at the given address." 6.
