The instant writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing Respondent No.1 to issue fresh Form H under Section 5(4) of the Central Sales Tax Act so that the Petitioner can take an exemption for the exports made by it to Angola and Sri Lanka. 2.

It is the case of the Petitioner that the exemption is not being granted only for want of Form H. It is stated that the challenge to the orders is pending before the High Court of Madras.
