The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks following prayers: - "(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus against the respondent No.1 for not discharging the STATUTORY duties.

(i) Pass any other and further order which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
