By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondent no. 2-SHO Police Station Harsh Vihar, Delhi, and respondent no. 3-DCP, Bholanath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi to take legal action against respondents No. 4 to 8 in respect of complainant dated 12.03.2025.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner has not approached the concerned DCP for redressal of his grievance. He, however, requests that the present writ petition be treated as a representation to the concerned DCP on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the present Writ Petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner to the DCP concerned, and the concerned DCP is directed to decide the said representation as per law under intimation to the petitioner herein.
