Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.314/2012 registered under Sections 323/325/379/356/506/34 IPC and Section 3(I)(X) of SC/ST Act at PS South Rohini. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the respondents No.2 to 4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner / complainant is present with her counsel and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from the complainant if she has settled the dispute with the respondents No.2 to 4 amicably without any fear or pressure. She has CRL.M.C. 552/2017

informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with her free consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

She further states that Crl.R.P.277/2016 filed by her has been withdrawn. 3.

quarrel had taken place between the petitioner and respondents No.2 to 4 over a petty issue. The parties are living in the neighbourhood. Charges under Section 3(I)(X) of SC/ST Act was set aside by an order dated 11.09.2015 of learned Addl. Sessions Judge. 4.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation and to have their neighbourly relations, FIR No.314/2012 under Sections 323/325/379/356/506/34 IPC registered at PS South Rohini and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
